Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to all destinations within New Zealand as well as overseas. Please email us at hello@oddeven.nz if your country is not listed and you would like to place an order for delivery overseas.

If you need your order by a particular date i.e. a gift etc. please get in touch via our contact page or email so we can help.

NEW ZEALAND
Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders sent within New Zealand that have a value of $150.00 or more, excluding rural (RD) addresses, which is an additional NZ$10.00.
For orders less than $150.00 in value, standard delivery is $15.00, excluding rural (RD addresses) which is an additional NZ$10.00.

Estimated shipping time: 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS (Please allow an additional 2 days for rural addresses and COVID impacted deliveries).
All items sent within New Zealand are shipped via NZ Post with tracking.

AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders sent to Australia with an order value over $399.00. For all other orders standard delivery is $45.00.

Estimated shipping time: 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS (Please allow an additional 2 days for rural addresses and COVID impacted deliveries).
All items sent to Australia are shipped via NZ Post with tracking.

*While Odd Even does not charge GST/VAT/Sales Tax etc. for orders shipped outside of New Zealand, your country's government may require customs taxes or other clearance fees to be paid before delivery, which we have no control over. Local taxes and fees of this nature are not included in the shipping costs, and are the buyers responsibility.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are shipped from Auckland and will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding unforeseen business delays.

Estimated shipping times are used as a guide only. Odd Even can not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If your item hasn't had a tracking update for 5 or more days please email hello@oddeven.nz with your order reference and details, and we can file an investigation for your parcel. Please note during busy, sale and promotional times there may be some delays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Odd Even has a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund of your item/s, provided the item/s are in the same condition that you received them, unused, untampered, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Odd Even offers store credit when an item is returned after these 14 days.
